Pascale Serre is a French visual artist who lives and works in Copenhagen. She was educated at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. Each of her paintings has an existential message. She finds inspiration in myths, fairy tales and in her own dreams and experiences. Serre was a student of Pierre Alechinsky, who was a member of the art movement Cobra, and like him she often combines visual expression with writing. She has exhibited mostly in galleries in Denmark and France.
